Nö, Virus der den Sound abschaltet hab ich noch nie gehört. Ist der Sound nur mit Kopfhörer wech oder funzen auch die eingebauten Lautsprecher nicht?

Es kann durchaus nen Virus sein, ich nehme aber stark an, es liegt am System selbst.
Spar dir Zeit und mach eine Systemwiederherstellung von letzter Woche. Ansonsten alles was mit Sound zutun hat rauswerfen und neu installieren.

Was man bei solchen seltsamen Problemen auch oft macht -> HARDRESET!

#Step1

Install the battery pack back into the laptop and reconnect all cords.

Turn PC laptop around and power on. Check on the root of the problem if further operating system or application-related issues remain.
